1. Agreement
By downloading or using CineReel (the app) or cinereel.app (the website), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use CineReel.
2. What CineReel is
CineReel is a client application for playing media from your own media server. CineReel does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. You are responsible for the content on your server and for having the rights to play it.
3. Purchases
CineReel is free to download. Optional features are unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and refunds are handled through Apple per their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use CineReel to infringe copyright, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse the pairing relay or other services we operate, and don't abuse our support channels.
5. Disclaimer & liability
CineReel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of CineReel. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CineReel in the twelve months before the claim.
